Around full moon time sky people like to go walkabout on Earth. They come down on moonbeams. Around this time some children cant settle to sleep at night. The sky people know this so they put magic dust into their eyes while they sleep to help them sleep and dream properly. In the morning when the children wake, the first thing they do is rub that magic dust out of their eyes.
